Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all UK orders — no minimum spend required. You will never be charged for delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days depending on your location within the UK. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been marked as shipped. To cancel, please email us at info@georgia-london.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once the tracking status changes to "package shipped", we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at info@georgia-london.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us — returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we will cover all costs — just contact us and we will sort it immediately.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. There are no restocking fees.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

We are so sorry if this happened. Please email us immediately at info@georgia-london.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you, no questions asked.

Our sandals are available in UK sizes 3 through 8. Size information is listed on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.
